In 1990, Carol Pearson started Pearson Business Management Services, Inc. in response to the professional community's need for ongoing accounting and administrative services and support. With a degree from Central Washington University in Business Administration with specialization in Finance, Carol's expertise is varied.

The intuitiveness for accounting service stems from her background in banking and finance, where she started her professional career at Security Pacific in all phases of branch banking. Swiftly moving through the ranks, Carol eventually landed as the Controller for a prestigious law firm in Seattle. The responsibilities that she assumed gave her great insight into the need for streamlined accounting software as she converted manual ledgers to an in-house accounting system.

Carol has been an advocate and consultant of Timeslips for over 12 years serving much of the great Northwest in effort to maximize firms' abilities to be efficient in time billing and payroll. As a Timeslips Certified Consultant she has received numerous awards including: "Outstanding Performance" in 1997 and "Rookie of the Year" in 1996.
